Be Social

- Maximum 2 pets per household, dog or cats allowed.
- $25 a monthly pet rental fee will be due, per pet. One-time $500 ($250 for 2nd pet if applicable) non-refundable pet administration fee due at move-in.
- Pet addendum and policies document must be signed within lease agreement along with updated vet records.
- Breed restrictions are: Chow, Pitbull, Rottweiler, and Doberman Pinscher, or any mix of these breeds.
- There is no weight limit.
- All applicants must complete a pet profile, a "no pet" profile, or a reasonable accommodation request for an assistance or service animal through PetScreening before application approval.
No smoking in, or around, Community Amenity areas; including pool/clubhouse, fitness center, Goat, or Morning Ritual and patios. We are not listed as a smoke free community; however, residents must abide by all lease policies and the peaceful enjoyment of the home and community in regards to consideration of their neighbors as well as satiation guidelines.
